Mail & Deliveries

Deliveries

All deliveries should be made directly to your office space. No deliveries may be left at the lobby security desk. Please note that Embarcadero Security will not accept or sign for any deliveries on behalf of the tenants.
 

During Business Hours:

  • The time limit for vehicles on the loading dock is thirty (30) minutes.
  • For loading dock height specifications, please email the Property Management Office.

NOTE: All deliveries requiring more than thirty minutes of delivery truck parking on the loading dock or more than 2 trips in the freight elevator must be scheduled during non-business hours in bptenantservices.com.

 

Suite Number 

Prior to occupancy, you will be provided with your suite number to facilitate mail and parcels deliveries. This information should be included in your mailing address. 
 

Mailbox

As a new tenant, you will be provided a set of mailbox keys and designated a mailbox on A level of your building’s parking garage. The mail box has been labeled with your company name and suite number.  It is important to remember that Boston Properties does not have extra keys to your box.  Please direct any questions regarding the delivery of mail to Customer Services at United States Postal Service, (415) 626-2932.  Should you need additional keys, you can have them made at one of the following hardware/security stores:
